LUXNAM* Phu Quoc

LUXNAM* Phu Quoc is being developed by P Q Hai Quoc Joint Stock Company. The resort is managed by The Lux Collective under their LUX* Resorts & Hotels brand. The investment involves a unique overwater resort designed in the style of Maldives resorts, but with Vietnamese influences. The resort is expected to open in late 2024. 

Phu Quoc’s beauty is best enjoyed from LUXNAM* Phu Quoc, an architectural gem inspired by the iconic Maldivian overwater resorts. Perched on stilts over the glassy waters and on the wild stretch of beach on the northern tip of Phu Quoc island, the resort is a private paradise, far from the bustle. LUXNAM* Phu Quoc resort was designed by KulörGroup, a Singapore-based design agency. The resort, which is part of The Lux Collective, features a tropical modernist design inspired by reimagined Vietnamese traditions with a minimalist twist. The 126-villa resort is expected to open in late 2024. 

LUXNAM* Phu Quoc, Vietnam’s first overwater resort, features 126 luxurious villas, including 109 overwater villas (most with private pools), 13 beach pool villas, two penthouses, and two beachfront pool mansions, offering a blend of tropical elegance and modern comfort. Guests can enjoy NAMU, an all-day eatery located in The Clubhouse, and Beach Rouge, a vibrant restaurant-meets-beach-club with a bohemian Ibiza vibe.
