Empire City 88

Empire City 88 is this super cool mixed-use complex in Ho Chi Minh City. It's right along the Saigon River in District 2, so the location is prime. Think fancy apartments, a swanky hotel, high-end offices, and a mall to max out your credit card in. There's even a public observation deck for epic city views.

A famous German architect named Ole Scheeren designed it,.The whole idea behind Empire City 88 was to create a super modern and luxurious spot in Ho Chi Minh City. With all the fancy features and the hot location, it's probably a pretty good investment if you're into that kind of thing. Although, to really know about the investment side, you'd want to talk to someone who knows the Vietnamese real estate market inside and out

Raffles City Chongqing

Raffles City Chongqing is this super cool complex in Chongqing, China. It's like eight giant towers clustered together, with two of them being super tall - one is even the tallest residential building in China

The coolest part though is this massive skybridge called the Crystal. It stretches across four of the towers and is like a whole other world up there, with restaurants, swimming pools, and even gardens! Imagine chilling by the pool and looking out over the entire city.

CapitaLand, a big Singaporean developer, is the brains behind this whole thing. They started building it around 2013 and it totally changed the Chongqing skyline. It's become a famous landmark and a must-see for tourists. I can't imagine how much money they poured into this project, but it must have been a ton!

Raffles City Chongqing isn't your average skyscraper bunch. The mastermind behind it all is architect Moshe Safdie, the same guy who designed the crazy cool Marina Bay Sands in Singapore.

Inside, things get even more interesting. For the fancy InterContinental Hotel, CL3 Architects Ltd. decked out the place. Think comfy lobbies with a "mountain in the sky" vibe, plus a swanky clubhouse in the skybridge with a pool and everything. The shops throughout the complex got their own special touch from The Buchan Group.

As for the design inspiration, it's like a choose-your-own-adventure! The two rivers that run by the city influenced the colors, and the architects made sure you get epic views everywhere you look. There's also a secret sailor theme hidden throughout the hotel, making it feel like a super luxurious yacht
