The resulting form maximizes panoramic views of the Dubai Marina, the Palm Jumeirah, and the Arabian Gulf from its over 1,000 rooms, suites, and the rooftop glass observation deck. 

Internally, the ambiance is guided by the Wabi-Sabi philosophy, emphasizing understated elegance and material warmth, which contrasts with the building's dramatic exterior and its status as the world's tallest hotel. The building culminates in an observation deck with 360-degree views and one of the world's highest infinity pools on the 76th floor. The project has already received global acclaim, including the Best International Hotel Architecture award at the 2019 International Property Awards.
