Empire City 88

Empire City 88 is this super cool mixed-use complex in Ho Chi Minh City. It's right along the Saigon River in District 2, so the location is prime. Think fancy apartments, a swanky hotel, high-end offices, and a mall to max out your credit card in. There's even a public observation deck for epic city views.

A famous German architect named Ole Scheeren designed it,.The whole idea behind Empire City 88 was to create a super modern and luxurious spot in Ho Chi Minh City. With all the fancy features and the hot location, it's probably a pretty good investment if you're into that kind of thing. Although, to really know about the investment side, you'd want to talk to someone who knows the Vietnamese real estate market inside and out

The Saigon River pedestrian bridge project

The Saigon River pedestrian bridge project is a proposed pedestrian bridge that will span the Saigon River in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The bridge will connect District 1 with Thu Duc City, and is expected to be a popular tourist destination.

The bridge was designed by the joint venture of Chodai-Takashi Niwa Architects and Chodai-Kiso Jiban Vietnam Company Limited. The design of the bridge is inspired by the mangrove palm leaf, which is a symbol of the southern region of Vietnam. The bridge will have a curved shape, and will be made of ultra-high performance fiber concrete.

The bridge will be 300 meters long and 12 meters wide. It will have two levels, with the upper level for pedestrians and cyclists, and the lower level for maintenance purposes. The bridge will also have several observation platforms, where people can enjoy views of the Saigon River and the city skyline.

The Saigon River pedestrian bridge project is still in the early planning stages, and construction is expected to start in 2024. The bridge is scheduled to be completed in 2026.

Once completed, the Saigon River pedestrian bridge will be a valuable addition to Ho Chi Minh City. It will provide a safe and convenient way for people to cross the Saigon River, and it will also be a popular tourist destination.
