The Corinthia Rome

Corinthia Rome is centrally located at Piazza del Parlamento in the historic Campo Marzio district, placing it within walking distance of Rome's iconic landmarks like the Pantheon, Spanish Steps, and Piazza del Popolo, within a grand former 19th-century Bank of Italy building transformed into a luxury boutique hotel. This prime spot offers easy access to cultural sites, fine dining, and political centers, blending historical significance with modern elegance for an intimate, culturally rich stay in the Eternal City.

Corinthia Rome's design theory centers on reimagining a grand neoclassical palazzo (former Bank of Italy) into an intimate luxury hotel, blending historic grandeur with modern Italian craftsmanship for a "grand boutique" experience, preserving original features like frescoes and marble while offering contemporary comfort, creating a sophisticated fusion of past and present that feels both historically rooted and intimately modern.

The Corinthia Rome, opening February 2026, transforms a grand 1914 neoclassical palazzo, originally Italy's Central Bank headquarters, designed by famed architect Marcello Piacentini, into a luxury hotel, blending its historic marble, frescoes, and carved wood with refined, contemporary Italian interiors by G.A. Design, preserving heritage while adding modern sophistication in Rome's historic Campo Marzio district for an intimate, artful experience.

Corinthia Rome, a new 5-star luxury hotel, is developed by Corinthia Hotels, a brand of International Hotel Investments p.l.c (IHI), known for restoring historic properties like former European banks into grand hotels, with its Rome project transforming Italy's old Bank of Italy headquarters into an elegant retreat featuring iconic chef Carlo Cracco's culinary vision, combining neoclassical architecture with modern luxury near Parliament Square.

The Corinthia Rome, a luxury hotel located in a restored neoclassical palazzo that once housed the Central Bank of Italy, features an intimate total of 60 rooms and suites, including 21 suites. The hotel's facilities, including its dining venues and spa, are centered around an internal courtyard. offers elegant rooms & suites with Roman-inspired design, featuring amenities like Santa Maria Novella bath products; dining includes Piazzetta in the courtyard with Roman dishes, a spa set in historic vaults with bathing pools (The Corinthia Spa), and grand spaces for events, all promising intimate luxury near Campo Marzio.
