Nobu Hotel Madrid, scheduled to open on September 1, 2026, will be located at 26 Calle Alcalá, positioned between the iconic Plaza de Cibeles and Puerta del Sol in the heart of Madrid's Cortes District  , marking the cultural and commercial epicenter of the capital  where some of the most important international luxury hotels are also located. The development is being undertaken by Millenium Hospitality Real Estate SOCIMI (MHRE), which already has a portfolio of five-star hotels across Spain and Portugal  , making this their significant collaboration with the prestigious Nobu Hospitality brand. The hotel will feature 50 guest rooms and suites designed by Studio Caramba  , with interiors featuring warm wood tones, organic textiles, deep green accents, and softly layered lighting, while floor-to-ceiling windows offer sweeping views over Madrid  . The signature accommodation offering is the Nobu Suite, spanning 105 square metres with a private terrace and city views  . The tri-level Nobu restaurant, bar and lounge has been designed by the globally renowned architecture and design studio GRONDA, blending contemporary luxury with subtle Japanese influences, creating a refined and timeless environment focused on harmony, light and carefully selected materials  . The venue will include a rooftop terrace offering panoramic views of Madrid  , which is envisioned as a vibrant social destination. The hotel offers exclusive amenities including a dedicated wellness area and state-of-the-art Technogym fitness centre, Nobu Signature Beds, BYREDO bathroom amenities and secure parking on request  . This property marks the brand's first hotel in Madrid and its fifth in Spain  , continuing Nobu Hospitality's expansion across Europe and reinforcing Madrid's status as a premier luxury destination.
