Part of the massive Parc. 1 complex on Yeouido Island, the hotel's design is characterized by its stunning, modern aesthetics and its incorporation of traditional Korean architectural motifs. A key feature is the exterior, marked by prominent red columns that symbolize dignity and refinement, inspired by elements of classic Korean palace architecture.

Inside, the sophisticated interiors, designed in conjunction with RSHP by Leonard Design Architects, maximize natural light, with almost every level encased in floor-to-ceiling glass to provide panoramic views of the Han River and Seoul's cityscapes.
