Mandarin Oriental, Da Nang

The investor of the Mandarin Oriental, Da Nang resort project is The Nam Khang Corporation. The Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group is responsible for managing and operating the project.

Specifically, the project, fully named Mandarin Oriental Beachfront Villas, is located in Hoa Hai Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District, Da Nang. The Nam Khang Corporation officially commenced the project on March 20, 2024. The project spans a land area of 17.2 hectares.

Additionally, the project involves consulting firms such as FQM Corporation (project management consultant) and MH Architecture Joint Stock Company (EU & Asia) (architectural consultant). The management and operation are handled by the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, a member of Jardine Matheson Holdings.

The design theory of Mandarin Oriental Beachfront Villas in Da Nang, developed by The Nam Khang Corporation, centers on a harmonious blend of cultural heritage and contemporary luxury. Spanning 17.2 hectares in Hoa Hai Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District, the project integrates French architectural elegance with the intricate, regal aesthetics of Vietnam’s Nguyen Dynasty. This fusion creates a distinctive visual and experiential identity, reflecting both sophistication and local historical resonance. The architectural consultancy, MH Architecture Joint Stock Company (EU & Asia), emphasizes a layout that maximizes the natural coastal beauty of Da Nang, with luxurious villas and two high-rise towers designed to offer seamless integration with the environment. The design prioritizes open spaces, sustainable materials, and meticulous detailing, ensuring a balance between modern comfort and cultural authenticity, aligning with the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group’s global standards of refined hospitality.

The Mandarin Oriental, Da Nang, features 69 villas and 18 Residences, with landscaped gardens and private pools. The resort will offer various experiences including romantic breaks, wellness retreats, and family activities. It includes a Mandarin Oriental Spa, a large beachfront outdoor pool, and a water sports pavilion. The resort will have five restaurants and bars, as well as a Children's Club.
