Pullman Hải Phòng is a modern and luxurious hotel located in Hải Phòng, Vietnam, developed by the prestigious Sun Group, a leader in tourism and real estate development in the region. The hotel’s design is crafted by A49 Architecture, a well-respected architectural firm known for its innovative designs that harmoniously blend functionality with aesthetic appeal. The design concept for Pullman Hai Phong started with a study of the surrounding areas including details such as the city planning, as well as economic and social characteristics. These aspects were then combined to create a unique building connected with its surroundings. The site is centrally located, next to one of the main green spaces in the city which also serves as a public park. This advantageous location enabled the designer to designate suitable zoning for a variety of different functions, reserving the best views of the city for elite residences on the upper levels of the tower, offering panoramic views on two sides. Green spaces were created within the building on the ground floor, expanding out to the front of the complex, visually bridging the green space between the tower and the park, and effectively linking the two landscapes together, creating an inviting atmosphere.

The design of the façade expresses the social and economic aspects of Hai Phong, a major industrial port in Vietnam, through the use of industrial materials such as steel and aluminum for the façade cladding. Careful consideration was given regarding the scale of each area to suit public or private functions. Public areas designed to accommodate a large number of people are appropriately voluminous, while still maintaining a human scale.  From public areas at the base of the tower, to residences towards the top and a roof top bar at the pinnacle, the tower is strikingly designed to pique interest, drawing people to enjoy the activities within and establishing itself as a unique landmark.

Pullman Hải Phòng is an upscale hotel featuring 200 well-appointed rooms and suites designed for both comfort and luxury, catering to the diverse needs of travelers. The hotel boasts a range of amenities, including the "Ester" restaurant, which offers a delightful fusion of local and international cuisine, and the "Sky Lounge" that provides stunning views of the city.
