Moxy Brooklyn Williamsburg

Unconventional, playful, and approachable, Moxy Williamsburg is a 216-room boutique hotel and neighborhood haven whose easygoing spirit fits seamlessly into its trendsetting neighborhood. The hotel’s timeless architecture and light-filled interiors attract discerning locals and cool-hunting guests alike, as does the range of dining and drinking venues conceived by Bar Lab, the creative force behind Broken Shaker. These include Mesiba, a festive, Tel Aviv–inspired restaurant serving Levantine cuisine; Bar Bedford, a destination cocktail bar and all-day café; Jolene, a high-energy sound room with a state-of-the-art audio and light system; and LilliStar, an indoor/outdoor rooftop bar whose terrace has breathtaking views of the Williamsburg Bridge and the Manhattan skyline. Bright, airy rooms emphasize natural materials and space-saving design solutions, a large backyard garden provides a spot to unwind alfresco, and flexible co-working and meeting studios serve the needs of Brooklyn’s creative class.

Moxy Brooklyn Williamsburg showcases a striking architectural design by Stonehill Taylor, a firm recognized for its innovative and contextually relevant designs that enhance the urban landscape. The interior design is a collaborative effort between Lightstone Design Studio and BASILE Studio, combining their unique perspectives to create a vibrant and inviting atmosphere. The design elements reflect the eclectic character of Williamsburg, featuring bold colors, playful textures, and modern furnishings that celebrate the neighborhood's artistic spirit. Together, the architects and interior designers have crafted a hotel that not only provides comfortable accommodations but also captures the essence of Brooklyn's culture, making it a stylish destination for both travelers and locals.

Moxy Brooklyn Williamsburg embodies a forward-thinking investment vision that seeks to redefine the hospitality landscape in one of Brooklyn's most vibrant neighborhoods. Developed by the Lightstone Group, the project aims to cater to a diverse clientele by blending modern luxury with affordability, making it an attractive option for both tourists and locals. The design story of the hotel, crafted by Stonehill Taylor for the architecture and Lightstone Design Studio in collaboration with BASILE Studio for the interiors, reflects the dynamic spirit of Williamsburg. The design features open and energetic spaces, vibrant colors, and a mix of contemporary and industrial elements, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages social interaction. With a rooftop bar, communal spaces, and thoughtfully designed guest rooms, Moxy Brooklyn Williamsburg is not only a place to stay but a destination that celebrates the unique character and artistic flair of its surroundings.
