Le Ba Party born July 26, 1921 in the village of La Bich Dong, Dong Trieu, Trieu Phong district, Quang Tri province. To France in 1939, was involved in the anti-fascist armies of France, the Nazis were taken prisoner. Study at the Art Institute of Toulouse and became a famous painter in Europe. Its first exhibition in Paris in 1950. 1989 awarded "most talented artist and humanitarian ideology" of Vietnamese Saint-Louis International of America, in 1992 the International Center biography of the University of Cambridge in the UK included in the list of the names of the world, the French State in 1994 was awarded "Medal of French culture and art." Be evaluated as art master of two worlds East - West. In 2005, Painter Medal resistance against American honors and was named by the Vietnamese newspaper Vietnam Net in collaboration with Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee awarded.
