Amangiri resort Canyon Point, Utah
Amangiri was developed by the luxury hotel and resort company Aman Resorts. The Aman brand is known worldwide for its exclusive and high-end properties, and Amangiri is one of their exceptional creations. Aman Resorts specializes in creating luxurious and unique retreats in some of the world's most beautiful and serene locations. The architectural planning and design of Amangiri in Arizona were undertaken by the renowned architectural firm, Marwan Al-Sayed Architects. Marwan Al-Sayed, Wendell Burnette, and Rick Joy collaborated on the project, bringing their expertise in desert architecture to create a harmonious and luxurious retreat that blends seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. The architects focused on designing buildings that frame the spectacular views and embrace the natural elements, creating a serene and immersive experience for guests. The interior design of Amangiri was carried out by the architectural and design firm, Studio RHE (formerly ReardonSmith Architects). Studio RHE worked closely with Aman Resorts to create a luxurious and contemporary interior that complements the breathtaking desert surroundings. The design incorporates natural materials, neutral tones, and clean lines to create a serene and minimalist aesthetic. The use of floor-to-ceiling windows and open spaces allows for abundant natural light and panoramic views of the desert landscape, further enhancing the overall guest experience.
