The Corinthia Rome
Corinthia Rome's design theory centers on reimagining a grand neoclassical palazzo (former Bank of Italy) into an intimate luxury hotel, blending historic grandeur with modern Italian craftsmanship for a "grand boutique" experience, preserving original features like frescoes and marble while offering contemporary comfort, creating a sophisticated fusion of past and present that feels both historically rooted and intimately modern.
The Corinthia Rome, opening February 2026, transforms a grand 1914 neoclassical palazzo, originally Italy's Central Bank headquarters, designed by famed architect Marcello Piacentini, into a luxury hotel, blending its historic marble, frescoes, and carved wood with refined, contemporary Italian interiors by G.A. Design, preserving heritage while adding modern sophistication in Rome's historic Campo Marzio district for an intimate, artful experience.
Corinthia Rome, a new 5-star luxury hotel, is developed by Corinthia Hotels, a brand of International Hotel Investments p.l.c (IHI), known for restoring historic properties like former European banks into grand hotels, with its Rome project transforming Italy's old Bank of Italy headquarters into an elegant retreat featuring iconic chef Carlo Cracco's culinary vision, combining neoclassical architecture with modern luxury near Parliament Square.
The Corinthia Rome, a luxury hotel located in a restored neoclassical palazzo that once housed the Central Bank of Italy, features an intimate total of 60 rooms and suites, including 21 suites. The hotel's facilities, including its dining venues and spa, are centered around an internal courtyard. offers elegant rooms & suites with Roman-inspired design, featuring amenities like Santa Maria Novella bath products; dining includes Piazzetta in the courtyard with Roman dishes, a spa set in historic vaults with bathing pools (The Corinthia Spa), and grand spaces for events, all promising intimate luxury near Campo Marzio.

Andaz One Bangkok
Andaz One Bangkok is strategically located at the intersection of Wireless Road and Rama IV Road within One Bangkok, Thailand's premier integrated district, offering a central city base near Lumphini Park and easy MRT access via Lumphini Station, making it a hub for luxury, local experiences, and connectivity in the heart of Bangkok's business area.
Design theory centers on a "Vertical Neighborhood" concept, blending local Thai culture with modern luxury by drawing inspiration from Bangkok's vibrant streets, hidden sois, and mid-century architecture, particularly landmarks like Vidyu Palace. Created by PIA Interior, the design, rooted in Andaz's philosophy of "personal style," uses warm hues, local textures, and art from renowned Thai female artists to reflect the city's diversity, with each space revealing a different facet of Bangkok, creating a unique, culturally immersive experience.
Andaz One Bangkok's design, a "Vertical Neighborhood," was led by Thailand's renowned interior design firm PIA, who integrated local culture, mid-century Thai architecture (like Vidyu Palace's curves), and contemporary art by Thai female artists, creating a vibrant, story-filled space reflecting Bangkok's diverse streets and hidden alleys within the larger One Bangkok development, itself a project by firms like Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM).
A new luxury lifestyle hotel, is part of the massive One Bangkok integrated development, a joint venture between TCC Assets (Thailand) Company Limited and Frasers Property Holdings (Thailand). This hotel, opened by Hyatt in December 2025, brings the Andaz brand to Bangkok, offering guests a culturally immersive stay within a vibrant district of offices, retail, residences, and art spaces, directly overlooking Lumphini Park.
Andaz One Bangkok features a total of 244 rooms and suites, ranging from standard 38-square-meter rooms to larger specialty accommodations like the 197-square-meter Presidential Suite. The hotel is designed as a "Vertical Neighborhood" with most rooms offering panoramic views of the adjacent Lumphini Park.
The Andaz Lounge is a 24-hour social space offering complimentary daytime refreshments and evening cocktails. The three distinct dining venues are Jǐng (authentic Chinese cuisine), Andaz Terrace (all-day al fresco dining with Asian-influenced dishes), and Piscari (a rooftop Mediterranean restaurant and bar with a hidden speakeasy). Wellness facilities include an outdoor infinity pool and a fully equipped 24-hour Fitness Center, both located on the seventh floor, along with a sauna. The primary event space is the Andaz Ballroom, which can be used for banquets and weddings and can be divided into two smaller function rooms for more intimate gatherings.
