Trump Tower Dubai

Trump Tower Dubai is an iconic development set to redefine luxury living in the city. Located near Downtown with views of Burj Khalifa and the sea, this landmark project will feature world-class residences, premium amenities, and the first Trump hotel in Dubai — a true symbol of prestige and elegance.
The Trump International Hotel and Tower in Dubai was originally developed by Dar Al Arkan and DarGlobal, along with The Trump Organization. The project was part of a larger development that included the Trump International Golf Club, Dubai. The hotel was intended to be a prominent feature of the Dubai skyline.

The Trump International Hotel & Tower Dubai, set to be completed in December 2031, is a collaborative project between The Trump Organization and Dar Global, designed to embody luxury and innovation along Sheikh Zayed Road. While the specific architect for the current design remains undisclosed, the original 2005 concept for a Trump tower on Palm Jumeirah was crafted by HHCP Design International, Inc., led by Gregory Dungan, AIA, featuring the "Golden Tulip" design with a circular tower and four golden petals, blending traditional Arab/Islamic design philosophies with modern aesthetics. This was later revised by Atkins Global, with senior design architect Lee Morris, who introduced two asymmetrical towers linked at the 40th story, forming an archway over the Palm Jumeirah Monorail, emphasizing a forward-looking spirit for Dubai. The current design theory prioritizes opulence and exclusivity, incorporating gold and white color schemes, floor-to-ceiling windows, and world-class amenities like the world’s highest outdoor pool and sky penthouses, reflecting the Trump brand’s signature extravagance and Dar Global’s commitment to architectural brilliance.
